It includes three technician licenses and three group licenses, and is available as an on-premise version only. According to information from the company, it includes unlimited free software upgrades with no restrictions, no contracts or expiration dates, ad-free software, and 60 days of free consultation, support, and training.
For larger school districts and universities, the company is also offering a free, fully functional 30-day trial version of everything HelpDesk in the cloud. The trial version of the cloud-based, hosted help desk solution is intended to give larger educational institutions an opportunity to test the product's functionality before expanding to a more robust implementation.
