LifeJourney Partners with CyberTech on STEM Mentoring Platform
LifeJourney has partnered with CyberTech in an effort to bring its STEM career platform to more schools.
"LifeJourney is an online experience for schools that empowers students to test-drive future STEM careers and learn directly from top
industry professionals," according to information on the company's site. Funded by industry in an effort to ensure future STEM career
candidates, the platform offers simulations and mentoring designed to engage students in science, technology, engineering and math topics.
"We were particularly drawn to CyberTECH not only because of their outstanding network of corporations and professionals, but also their
shared mission around education," said Rick Geritz, founder and CEO of LifeJourney, in a prepared statement.
"If we are going to be successful, we have to reach young adults when they are in high school," said Darin Andersen, chairman and founder
of CyberTech, in a news release. "LifeJourney enables students to live a day in the life of America's STEM and Cyber [professionals] allowing
students to experience their future potential today."
