Mobile Archdiocese Adopts New SIS for 13 Schools for Affordability Improved Integration

The Archdiocese of Mobile, AL has selected a new student information system for 13 elementary schools.

The Archdiocese chose Rediker Software's Administrator's Plus for its affordability, ease of use and ability to integrate with other systems.

"Associate Superintendent for Academics Karen Abreo said the Archdiocese began looking at SIS solutions last year when their current system stopped meeting their needs," according to a news release. "They narrowed their search to three vendors, but made the decision to partner with Rediker when they saw how well they worked with other schools."

"One of the greatest challenges we faced was finding an affordable software solution that addressed the total needs of our schools, including student data, attendance, discipline and report cards," Abreo said in a prepared statement. "Rediker Software has designed the software with Catholic schools in mind and with an incredibly accessible approach."

As a result of the deployment, administrators and teachers will be able to share data instantly and engage parents in a secure environment while the education office of the diocese can centrally manage student, staff and school data.

"We can now quickly call up a student or staff member in any school in our Archdiocese to view their photos, their demographic information and any other data we often need," added Abreo.
