Renaissance, Achieve3000 Partner on Differentiated Instruction in Blended Classrooms

Renaissance and Achieve3000 have partnered to offer embedded interim assessments designed to tailor instruction across tiers of intervention along with access to analytics designed to measure efficacy.

The new partnership pairs Renaissance's assessment solution, Renaissance Star 360, with Achieve3000's differentiated instruction for blended classrooms. The partnership is built on shared concepts between the companies, according to information released by the companies, such as maximizing educators' time during the response-to-intervention (RTI) process, accelerating learning gains and providing immediate and actionable data to demonstrate measurable gains for students.

When paired with Renaissance's reliable, valid Star 360 assessments, Achieve3000's unmatched literacy instructional models for mixed-ability classrooms, as well as targeted programs for English learners and intervention students, can now provide the achievement and growth data needed to help every educator extend their reach and empower every student to go above and beyond," according to a news release.

"Today, educators need seamless integration of assessment and instruction, and we hear stories about educators spending far too much time bridging the gap between the two when it comes to RTI," said Jack Lynch, Renaissance CEO, in a prepared statement. "By marrying these two solutions, educators will have more time to focus on what's important: discovering skill gaps quickly and pinpointing the exact instruction needed for each student to move further along in their growth."
