Lexicon Technologies will be demoing a newly launched IT help desk platform for K–12 called Incident IQ at the ISTE (International Society for Technology in Education) conference next week (June 25-28) in San Antonio, TX.
Already, more than 100 school districts piloted Incident IQ for the 2016-2017 school year and now it’s widely available in the United States, according to information from the company. Incident IQ offers intuitive help ticket submission that routes tickets by location, issue or asset type to specific IT teams or team members. Additionally, help tickets have collaboration tools like batch ticketing, which enables simultaneous collaboration.
Unlike enterprise help desk products, Incident IQ is built to support IT staff at schools. It can be easily integrated with most student information systems and learning management systems, for example.
Lexicon Technologies will be exhibiting in booth 926 at ISTE 2017. THE Journal will be in booth 754.
