Tynker and Parrot Bundle Coding Lessons with Drones

Tynker and Parrot are offering an all-in-one bundle designed to teach kids how to code through programming unmanned aerial vehicles (or drones).

The “Parrot Mambo Code” bundle comes with a Parrot Mambo minidrone along with a six-month membership to Tynker, a game-based platform that has taught more than 50 million kids how to code.

Additionally, the Parrot Mambo Code bundle includes:

  • Three introductory coding courses;
  • Drones and robotics courses, like a virtual flight simulation course meant for kids with no prior experience operating drones;
  • Six game design courses;
  • Four minecraft courses and a private minecraft server; and
  • Daily missions that emphasize safe and fun drone-flying, while also teaching programming concepts.

According to the company announcement, Tynker already has a number of coding lessons for kids ages 7-14 to program Parrot minidrones, but the new bundle is the first time customers can purchase both together for a $66 discount.

The bundle, previously priced at $215.99, is now available for $149.99 on the Parrot or Tynker sites.
