Companies Partner to Create Adaptive Personalized Student Learning Paths

A new partnership between Edmentum and Renaissance has merged online assessment and adaptive instruction solutions from both companies in an effort to help teachers deliver targeted instruction to students.

Through the partnership, Edmentum’s K–8 individualized learning solution Exact Path will be integrated with the computer-adaptive Renaissance Star Assessments, which show teachers what skills students have mastered and what areas require work to reach proficiency. In addition, Exact Path will be integrated with the newly launched Renaissance Flow 360, which aims to streamline the flow of data to plan, deliver and track differentiated instruction.

“This integration brings together two powerful programs, Exact Path and Star Assessments, to deliver student-centric, adaptive instruction to the classroom,” said Edmentum CEO Jamie Post Candee, in the statement. “By collaborating with Renaissance, we are offering schools and districts the flexibility to use the successful programs that they already have in place to deliver targeted instruction to all of their students.”

The integration will be available soon. Schools or districts using Star Assessments or Exact Path can contact Edmentum for further information.
