Student Spending Platform Launches Academic Progress Tool

Glimpse K12 wants to provide administrators with a tool that can help improve their school assessment processes.  The Assessment Correlation Engine (ACE) gives educators information on how grade inflation, grade deflation and bias may impact student performance.

The ACE solution is aiming to give insights into how student grades for classroom activities and assessments can differ when it comes to achievement tests. When grades are inflated or deflated, it can impact student performance and drop out rates for students getting bad grades for different courses.

Administrators and their faculty will be able to log into the ACE system can review correlations from student roster data on formative, summative or classroom-based assessment.  This data can provide educators with ways to improvement student performance outcomes.

Educators can access ACE through Glimpse’s Education Return on Investment platform. More information on the ACE tool can be found here.
