Sphero RVR

Sphero RVR kit

Sphero, a education robotics kit company, has announced the commercial launch of RVR, a customizable robot that teaches students who to code.

RVR ready to use right out of the box and can expand and change based on the user's growing skill level. Coding activities are available on the Spehero Edu app based on skill levels.

The robot can connect to third-party hardware, such as Raspberry Pi, Microbit and Ardunio, and the company has software development skits available for all three platforms. Sphero's littlebits offering can also be connected to RVR through a USB port.

RVR is now available on Sphero's website and with select retailers for $249.99.
