Vector Solutions acquires Pathwayos, enters CTE market

School staff training provider Vector Solutions has entered the Career and Technical Education market by acquiring Pathwayos, a platform for connecting K–12 schools and students with work-based learning opportunities, according to a news release.

Vector Solutions and Pathwayos “aim to support students on their chosen career paths and bridge the gap between education and workforce-ready skills,” the announcement said.

With the acquisition, Vector Solutions will begin to offer CTE courses, industry-recognized credentials, and safety training content to K–12 students, districts, intermediaries, state agencies, and colleges, the company said.

Founded in 2017, Pathwayos’ website said its mission is “to change how students view their options, how educators see their workload, and how the industry considers its growing talent pool”; its work-based learning programs have reached over 800,000 students across 2,000 schools in 30 states, the company said.
