Brainly Introduces Guided Audio Sessions for Mindfulness and Mental Health
Learning platform Brainly has announced ClarityPods, a library of audio sessions designed to help improve students' focus, emotional regulation, and self-belief. Developed in partnership with experts in mindfulness, addiction, and mental health, the brief guided sessions are integrated into Brainly's study experience to provide holistic support for both academic success and emotional well-being.
The ClarityPods are categorized into four themed "channels":
- Focus: Techniques such as anchoring attention on a single object, mindful visualizations, and pre-task mental prep are used to help improve concentration and study stamina.
- Reset: These sessions offer breathing exercises and emotion labeling to reduce anxiety and regain mental clarity during academic stress.
- Grow: Focused on building self-trust and resilience, these sessions use techniques such as kindness mindfulness, future-self visualization, and micro-goal setting.
- Reflect: Emotional check-ins and curiosity-based "Inner Scientist" exercises are designed to build self-awareness, emotional intelligence, and intentional learning.
"Mindfulness is the foundation for human flourishing," said AnneMarie Rossi, Brainly expert advisor and founder of Be Mindful, in a statement. "It strengthens focused attention, emotional regulation, expands awareness of self and others, and ultimately nurtures greater compassion and kindness. We are thrilled to partner with Brainly to deliver these transformative practices to students worldwide so they can thrive academically, personally, and in their relationships with themselves and others."
