Dreambox Learning, Clever Partner To Sync Student Data

Online learning products company Dreambox Learning and student information sync platform Clever have partnered to integrate the Dreambox Learning Math program into districts' student information systems.

The integration process will be FERPA-compliant, available at no additional charge to Dreambox Learning customers, and is designed to offer automated roster management features delivered via a "highly secure connection to student information systems, pulling student enrollment rosters and automatically syncing that data with DreamBox Learning Math," according to a release.

"We are constantly seeking new and innovative ways to help educators maximize every instructional minute of the school day," said Jessie Woolley-Wilson, President and CEO of DreamBox Learning, in a release. "Teachers should benefit from data, not be weighed down trying to manage it."

Rocky Mountain Prep in Denver, CO, has had a chance to utilize the partnership's offering, and school CEO James Cryan lauded the automation.

"The partnership between DreamBox Learning and Clever makes updating student information completely automatic," Cryan said in a release. "This means we can devote more time to teaching and learning and less time managing technology — that's a big win for both teachers and our scholars."

Over the past year Clever has integrated more than 100 software applications to its platform, according to a release, including Dreambox Learning, Amplify, and Curriculum Associates. Clever CEO Tyler Bosmeny said that the collaboration with Dreambox Learning was a natural fit.

"We could tell early on that DreamBox Learning is passionate about providing a world-class experience to schools, and that includes making data syncing painless," Bosmeny said in a release. "The company has been a pioneering partner with Clever and shares in our vision to provide a 'just works' classroom experience."
