iNACOL to Host Free Webinar on Project-Based Learning

The International Association for K-12 Online Learning (iNACOL) will host a free webinar exploring how project-based learning (PBL) can be used to improve learning for students.

The webinar will offer teachers the opportunity "to learn how to integrate PBL to promote powerful, personalized learning opportunities for every student," according to a news release. "Learn the critical design principles behind world-class PBL to capture student interest and connect learning experiences to the community. Discover how to authentically transform learning to provide students with the skills to help them succeed and adapt in a fast-changing, globally competitive world."

Presenters for the webinar will include:

  • Michael Golden, founding partner and CEO at Educurious;
  • Wade R. Barringer, principal at Kent-Meridian High School; and
  • Renee Poitras, biology teacher at Kent-Meridian High School.
