KinderLab Intros Robotics Course for Homeschoolers

KinderLab Robotics has released a new offering designed for homeschooled students and their educators.  The KIBO Home Robotics Course provides a step-by-step curriculum to teach coding, robotics and STEM concepts through a rented KIBO robot.

The three-month course gives educators access to the Creating with KIBO curriculum and includes activity cards, workbooks and a lesson sequence. Course participants will receive a weekly email with advice, examples and suggestions based on their progress in the course.

The KIBO robot does not rely on any device or network connection. Children use wooden blocks to program their own robots and use arts and craft materials to create a character for their stories or lessons.

The KiBO Home Robotics Course is available for a $169 program fee on KinderLab's website.  The fee includes a three-month KIBO rental, a complete curriculum and free two-way shipping anywhere inside the United States. Once participants complete the three-month course, they will have the option of purchasing their KIBO Robotic Kit and buy add-ons and extension sets.
