SchoolMint Completes Purchase of K–12 School Marketing Provider Enrollhand

Enrollment management provider SchoolMint announced today it has completed the acquisition of Enrollhand, a provider of customizable, personalized marketing solutions for K–12 schools, expanding SchoolMint’s ability to help school districts attract, enroll, and retain students through its Engage platform, according to a news release.

“Enrollhand and SchoolMint already serve many of the same customers, and we have been asked many times about working more closely together,” said Enrollhand Co-Founder Alexis Marinopoulos. “Our customers will experience a truly comprehensive solution that brings together everything schools need to attract more families and teachers.”

Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

SchoolMint solutions serve over 11 million students in more than 16,000 schools across the country; the portfolio company of BV Investment Partners is headquartered in Lafayette, Louisiana.
