Cancellation/Refund Policy

Requests for refunds or purchase order cancellations must be made in writing and postmarked by January 17, 2010. No refunds will be given on-site or after this date. Refunds or cancellation requests will be subject to a $50 administrative fee. Please submit your cancellation in writing to mwerner@1105media.com or fax to 949-255-1528.
