Funds for Learning Expands E-Rate Tool
##AUTHORSPLIT##<--->
Funds for Learning has released a new module for its E-rate Manager for Applicants, a suite of tools for helping applicants manage E-rate processes. The new module, called Form 471 Wizard, is an online tool to help users complete the Services Ordered and Certification Form (also known as Form 471).
According to the company, the wizard functions like an online tax preparation form, gathering information in a single location and allowing users to complete the form in one go or work on a single aspect of the form. The tool reviews the application to highlight "areas of concern" and provides tips for compliance and maximizing benefits throughout the process.
"When complete, the Form 471 may be transmitted to the Web site of the Schools and Libraries Division of the Universal Service Administrative Company or printed for applicants to submit via mail," according to the company. "All the documents related to the application may be stored in E-rate Manager for Applicants Compliance Archive for future reference."
E-rate Manager for Applicants is available now on an annual subscription basis, with fees determined by the number of students enrolled. Pricing starts at $199 for up to 9,999 students.
