FileMaker Pro Expands Leopard Support

##AUTHORSPLIT##<--->

FileMaker has released interim updates for its FileMaker Pro and FileMaker Pro Advanced database solutions. The new versions sport expanded compatibility for Mac OS X 10.5 ("Leopard") and for the software's Web publishing features.

Included in the 9.0v3 updates for both versions of FileMaker Pro are fixes specifically targeted at Mac OS X 10.5, including the ability to enable and disable the Instant Web Publishing feature and new support for Safari 3 and Firefox 2 running on Leopard. The new version also corrects a problem found in earlier versions of FileMaker Pro 9 and FileMaker Pro Advanced 9 having to do with Instant Web Publishing (not specific to Leopard). This fix now allows value list items to be displayed correctly consistently.

FileMaker Pro 9.0v3 and FileMaker Pro Advanced 9.0v3 support Mac OS X (PPC and Intel). Both versions are available now as free updates for current users. FileMaker Pro 9 and FileMaker Pro Advanced 9 are also available for Windows, but a v3 update has not been released for that platform.
