HP, Microsoft Debut 'Teacher Experience Exchange'
##AUTHORSPLIT##<--->
HP and Microsoft are launching a new online center targeted specifically toward K-12 teachers in schools that have standardized on the Windows platform. Dubbed the "Teacher Experience Exchange," the service is designed to provide forums for discussion and sharing, as well as content for helping teachers prepare for using technology in instruction.
Teacher Experience Exchange will provide a number of teacher resources when it rolls out fully this spring. These include discussions about teaching techniques, peer advice, content sharing (such as lesson plans), message boards, tutorials on teaching with technology, curricula covering Microsoft products, and free Microsoft teacher resources.
Teacher Experience Exchange is open now for pre-registration. TEE, which debuted at the FETC 2008 conference last week in Florida, is also inviting educators to join the Teacher Advisors program to provide feedback on the resources offered on the site. The site is expected to launch this spring.
We'll keep you updated when the site launches in full swing. In the meantime, further information, including registration, can be found at the links below.
