Learning.com Launches Aha!Science for Grades 3-5

Learning.com has announced Aha!Science, a new online supplemental science curriculum for students in grades 3 through 5.

Aha!Science is designed to promote inquiry-based learing and engagement through the use of games, simulations, and online journaling. It includes "an extensive array of curriculum and instructional models, science games to reinforce students' conceptual learning, and hands-on activities and inquiry-driven simulations for a low-cost way to provide experiential learning," according to the company. It also includes assessment capabilities and is aligned to National Science Education Standards and state science standards.

Aha!Science will be available in two editions: standard and Whiteboard Edition. The standard edition of Aha!Science will be available in July. A special whiteboard edition will be available at the end of March.
