ProProfs Releases Enterprise Quiz Maker

ProProfs.com has released an enterprise version of its flagship assessment creation tool, Quiz Maker.

Quiz Maker is an online platform that allows educators to create and administer public and private tests. It includes a range of question types, a bank of pre-built questions and quiz templates, reporting and analytics features, privacy/security tools, and support for multimedia. Quiz Maker comes in both free and paid subscription editions, with subscriptions ranging from $3.97 to $9.97 per month for educators ($19.97 to $69.97 for non-educators). The free edition for teachers is ad-supported and has some features disabled.

The new Enterprise Quiz Maker builds on this platform, adding unlimited file storage, unlimited private user accounts, unlimited groups and online classrooms and — most significantly — unlimited instructor accounts. It includes all of the other features found in the business version (which is limited to a single instructor account, 1 GB of storage, 20 groups and online classes and 1,000 private user accounts). The changes allow institutions to consolidate instructor accounts into a single, centrally managed and billed account.

"We realized that institutions needed better control and collaboration between its users while using our products," said Sameer Bhatia, Founder and CEO of ProProfs.com, in a prepared statement. "We built the ProProfs Enterprise Quiz Maker keeping this in mind. So instead of five teachers from the same company having different accounts with us, the institution can have a single account at ProProfs and exercise centralized control over it. Our larger customers with many instructors on ProProfs love the new features as it helps them save both time and money."

Complete details can be found on ProProfs.com.
