Short Takes - AntiCheat
AntiCheat, published by Stop-Cheat (www.stop-cheat.com), takes exams produced with word processing programs and shuffles the questions — generating multiple-choice and open-ended questions. For multiple-choice questions, the program also mixes the order of the choices. Teachers can generate as many different versions of the test as they need, because the program produces a separate answer key for each one. In addition, the software provides a secret code that allows teachers to match the answer key to the test.
