Angel Launches Webinars Focused on LMS Adoption in K-12

##AUTHORSPLIT##<--->

Angel Learning has announced a series of free Webinars designed specifically for educators. The online series highlights the benefits of learning management systems for K-12 schools and districts.

According to the announcement, the Webinars are intended to uncover the ways an LMS can help K-12 institutions address a variety of issues, through a single, integrated platform. Individual titles include:

  • See How a Learning Management System Can Help You, providing an overview of LMS capabilities, including student enrichment, classroom management, and 21st century skills development;
  • Integrating State Standards, offering a look at the tools included in the Angel LMS intended to help districts align curriculum with state standards, assess student achievement, and create necessary reports; and
  • Facilitating Professional Development, giving educators ideas on how they can use an LMS to create effective professional development courses.

"Positive feedback about the success experienced by schools that have adopted a learning management system to address many of their needs is generating a lot of interest in LMS from K-12 schools across the country," said Candice Roberts, vice president, sales, Angel Learning, in a prepared statement. "There is also uncertainty about what an LMS actually does. These Webinars will help answer K-12 educators' questions about what an LMS is and demonstrate how Angel functionality can help K-12 address their many and varied challenges with a single solution."

The Webinars are being made available at a variety of times and dates. Educators can register for the free series through the Angel Learning Web site.
