Brief: Attendance Suite Provides Early Intervention Warnings

ParentLink has released a new software suite designed to help administrators track student attendance and allow them to receive alerts to engage at-risk students in earl interventions.

Dubbed Attendance Discovery, the new suite provides tracking and analytics capabilities, event tracking, and attendance policy planning. It also includes:

  • Watch List, a tool for recording parent communications, flagging students, and monitoring at-risk students;
  • Multilingual messaging capabilities via e-mail, fax, phone, SMS, and Web; and
  • Student file cabinets for organizing and tracking student data and appending related electronic documents and images.
