Source for Learning Launches TeachersFirst 3.0

Source for Learning has launched TeachersFirst 3.0, the latest version of its free site for teacher resources and professional development.

TeachersFirst features original classroom resources, nearly 13,000 reviews of external resources, implementation ideas, best practices for technology integration, and OK2Ask, a collaborative professional development series that focuses on the effective use of technology as a tool for learning.

Features new to this version include:

  • An improved user interface;
  • New collaboration tools for sharing and learning from other members;
  • Improved search and tagging; and
  • Reformatted resource listings.

Beginning midsummer, members will also be able to customize their interface and create their own Web pages on TeachersFirst.com.
