Free Bullying Prevention Tools Honor National Bullying Prevention Month

In recognition of National Bullying Prevention Month, Scenario Learning is making a number of its bullying prevention resources available at no charge for schools during October and November.

The resources include an expert-authored cyberbullying course for educators, designed to help educate school staff on cyberbullying prevention and response. Topics explored include: the three criteria that constitute bullying, the ways students exploit technology, Acceptable Use Policies, and legal limitations faced by schools in disciplining cyberbullies.

The company is also releasing a free public service announcement (PSA) video aimed at students that explains what constitutes bullying and what students should do if they are being bullied.

"Every child deserves to go to school free of fear. By helping train staff on how to deal with and prevent bullying, we hope to make a significant difference in the lives of students," said Brian Taylor, president and CEO of Scenario Learning in a statement. "We're proud to offer our bullying prevention resources to schools around the world at a time when they need it most."
