Safari Montage Boosts Content

Safari Montage, a digital media solution designed as an aid for K-12 teachers, has been updated to include 2,500 new videos and 13,700 new images in its K-8 and 9-12 core content packages.

The additions to the K-8 core content package fcus heavily on seventh- and eighth-grade content and include media in the areas of science, foreign language, STEM careers, math, social studies, art, music, and health.

Videos added to the solution include Guns, Germs and Steel; Amazing Planet; a Barack Obama biography; Ken Burns's Jazz; Liberty! The American Revolution; The Eyes of Nye; Sueños: World Spanish; and Real Chinese. A variety of other videos, including new content from Bill Nye the Science Guy, have also been added.

Safari Montage runs on Mac OS X and Windows and requires Firefox or Safari. Current customers can acquire the new content through automatic activation or purchase new content at a discount.
