Mac to School Now Offers Recertified Fourth-Generation iPads
Certified Apple technology provider Mac to School is now offering recertified fourth-generation iPads to K-12 school districts. Released in November 2014, fourth-generation iPads include a 1.4 GHz dual-core Apple Swift (Apple A6) processor, an upgrade from the 1 GHz dual-core ARM Cortex-A9 in the iPad 3.
According to Mac to School, these certified iPads are available for 25 percent to 50 percent less than what schools would pay for comparable devices directly from Apple.
Mac to School is selling iPad 4 devices with 16 GB of storage for $299. The company has other certified Apple products available for sale as well, including the following:
- iPad 2 with 16GB storage and WiFi connectivity ($149);
- MacBook Air 11-inch with a 1.6 GHz i5 processor, 2GB RAM and a 64GB solid-state drive ($399);
- MacBook 13-inch with a 2.26 GHz processor, 2GB RAM and a 250GB hard drive ($299);
- MacBook 13-inch with a 2.4 GHz processor, 2GB RAM and a 250GB hard drive ($399);
- iMac 20-inch with a 2.4 GHz processor, 2GB RAM and a 250GB hard drive ($399); and
- iMac 21.5-inch with a 3.06 GHz processor, 4GB RAM and a 500GB hard drive ($599).
All of the company’s devices come with at least a one-year warranty, as well as customer service from a team of Apple Certified Technicians.
