K-6 Title Reveals Human Body "Secrets"

Body Secrets is a program for K–;6 levels that associates human body "secrets" with biology, chemistry, physics, electronics, ecology and health care.

Students participate in hands–;on activities and experiments (they can record their pulse, temperature, ECG, EMG, EEG and voice print) using a wide variety of instruments and a PC or Mac. The curriculum stresses learning by association; teamwork and problem–;solving techniques are emphasized.

An introduction to detective work and forensics is featured in the board game "Catch the Candy Bar Thief." The Science Instruments Co., Baltimore, MD, (800) 229–;2114.
