Aventa Launches Online Middle School Courses

Aventa Learning has launched a new series of online courses for middle schoolers. The new courses--20 in all--are designed to provide a range of digital media options to support learning and cover subjects ranging from "career exploration" to world languages.

Aventa's provides online courses covering both elective and core subjects, including art, language arts, math, science, and social studies, among others. Its online courses are being used currently by the Wisconsin Virtual School for students in grades 6 through 8. They're also used by schools and districts that offer online education programs.

With the addition of the new courses, Aventa is now offering a total of 34 courses for students in grades 6 through 8, including a new world languages survey course. A full list of courses can be found here.
