Impact of Multimedia On Education Defined

Minnesota Satellite & Technology has produced a five-video series entitled An Introduction to Multimedia that defines the impact of the Internet and "Info Superhighway" on educational institutions. Aimed at post-secondary faculty, administrators, secondary teachers, media and library personnel, the five 30-minute programs introduce the concepts underlying multimedia, then cover specific areas in more depth. Titles of the five tapes are: Orientation to Multimedia, Hardware, Software, Accessing Data Networks and The Multimedia Design Team. They can be purchased individually or as a series.
