Rent Satellite Access for Low Monthly Fee
AT&Tís Vistacast service provides the broadcast-video quality of a dedicated satellite uplink transmission over a "slice" of the full transponder channel for a fraction of the cost. Thus, schools no longer need to purchase costly satellite equipment and train staff to operate it.
Vistacast combines equipment installation, network management and site restoration for one monthly fee ó which runs about $95. Users can optionally purchase the antenna and receiver required for the service.
