Short Takes: Teachers College Press
Teachers College Press (www.tcpress.com) has released several new titles for the fall, including The Virtual High School: Teaching Generation V, which provides a detailed account of virtual high schools based on a five-year study conducted by researchers at SRI International. TCP has also released Evaluating Educational Technology: Effective Research Designs for Improving Learning, with its companion volume, Using Technology Evaluation to Enhance Student Learning, due out in December.
