Develop Team Player Skills

Effective Teamwork is a video training program that offers a corporate "how-to" on teamwork. The program takes the viewer from setting up teams, generating ideas, making decisions and handling problems to achieving success.

The video addresses the individual aspects of teams such as how to develop team skills and become an involved and effective team player. It also covers common characteristics of successful teams, as well as barriers to overcome in the team-building process.
