ClarisWorks 4.0 is designed to help educators simplify everyday tasks so they have more time with their students. The software offers Administrative tools and Curriculum projects built directly into an education-specific version.

The program's seamless integration and all-in-one design lets users switch from word processing to spreadsheet capabilities with a single mouse click, and provides instant access to all of the program's features and the ability to combine text, graphs, tables, photo images and video on a single page.

New to version 4.0 is the ability to instantly convert ClarisWorks documents to World Wide Web pages with a new HTML translator. Three new Assistants help users create certificates, diplomas, mailing labels and more.
