The Learning Company Partners with NetSchools

The Learning Company, providers of popular educational software, and NetSchools Corp., a provider of Internet-based K-12 educational solutions, have agreed to work together to increase the availability of educational resources in schools. As a first step in the partnership, three Learning Company titles, Mavis Beacon Teaches Typing, Cyber Patrol and Compton’s Encyclopedia Online, will be incorporated into the NetSchools system and made available to their customers.

The two companies have agreed that NetSchools will review all Learning Company educational titles as part of a certification process, and identify those that can be certified to run under the NetSchools system.
