MainXchange,Inc., in conjunction with co-sponsor Junior Achievement, is hosting the StocksThat Rock! competition, a nationwide event that simulates the stock marketonline at no charge. Using company research and informative lessons that meetcurriculum standards of NCTM, NCSS, NCEE, and ISTE, teams of students are ableto develop investment strategies and manage portfolios of $100,000 in virtualmoney. Top teams receive prizes, with the first place award being anall-expense paid trip to Wall Street in New York City. Teachers of grades 5-12can register for the fall Stocks That Rock! contest now.
