The new high-speed,high-performance workstations support Intel Pentium III Processors 550 to 933MHz and 1 GHz. Featuring an ATX form factor that accommodates a variety ofperipherals, the Apollo 815EA integrates a display controller that supports32-bit 133 MHz SDRAM array for superior 3D graphics performance. Providingoptimum flexibility, the 815EA features onboard Intel Direct AGP video and anopen AGP 2x/4x slot. Users can apply the onboard video to add a 4 MB GPA moduleto the AGP slot for optimal 3D performance, or they can add the latest AGPvideo card to the AGP slot.

Other features of this new system include support of fourDIMM sockets, allowing for up to 512 MB SDRAM and table free memory, four USBports and an ICH2 chip supporting four- to six-channel integrated audio. The newApollo systems also feature Premio’s customized PC Quick Fix software, whichallows convenient diagnosis of technical problems, and allows desktops andservers to undergo a reconstruction process to recover deleted or damagedfiles, or to repair corrupted system files.
