Facility Master II

Facility Master II from COMSEC LLC is a scheduling system that makes it easy to schedule activities, appointments or reserve rooms. Users simply click on the time and facility, and enter the data into a pop-up window. The unique interface used by the program permits the quick entry, update and retrieval of reservation information for up to 400 facilities, including equipment, resources and services. The program also lets you schedule any special setups, services or resources at the same time. When scheduling a room, users can quickly add a video recorder, key personnel and specify how you want the room configured. By adding the FM WebView, users can simultaneously access the network scheduling database from anywhere and at any time with a browser. FM WebView also supports Microsoft's Active Server Pages and is available for Intranets using Macromedia's ColdFusion. COMSEC, South Windsor, CT, (800) 305-3496, www.COMSEC-LLC.com.
