A3 Achievement Solution

Focusing on assessing teachers, the A3 Achievement Solution from iAssessment (www.iassessment.com) provides comprehensive diagnostic assessments for preK-12 teachers, differentiated online training, and automated management to offer personalized professional development. The solution is Web-based and can therefore be integrated with a school’s or district’s current technology infrastructure with no additional hardware or software support. Three components make up the A3 Achievement Solution: diagnostic assessments, which focus directly on the teacher to help them discover what they don’t know; knowledge assessments, which gauge teacher knowledge and understanding of instructional concepts and strategies; and environmental assessments, which examine systemic factors such as infrastructure, and internal and external influences.
