I ntelliMetric 9.2 is the latest version of Vantage Learning’s (www.vantage.com) intelligent essay-scoring technology. Capitalizing on recent advances achieved by research and development groups, unprecedented levels of accuracy in evaluating student essay responses have been achieved. IntelliMetric uses a rich blend of artificial intelligence and the digitization of human expertise to accurately score and assess responses on open-ended essay questions. Relying on a team of electronic judges, IntelliMetric 9.2 scores essays in less than a second by utilizing the program’s algorithms, which seek an optimal combination of information.
