Contact Management System Adds Notifications to Social Networking Sites

Relatrix has released an update to its EZCommunicator online contact management platform aimed at facilitating communication between school district community members, extending the reach of notifications to popular social networking sites.

Geared to distribution and collection of pertinent information in the form of newsletters, notices, surveys, and polls, the EZCommunicator suite runs entirely through a Web browser and features a number of tools designed around targeting messages to the users who need them. From a knowledge base of e-mail, voice, and other content items, users and visitors to a school's online contact center are served specific messages according to group categories defined by administrators. Users flagged as administrators can also be assigned roles to subdivide responsibility for message content and response to inquiries. Other features include a user-subscribable events calendar and reports that can be filtered by a specific date range and display details about users and groups as well as knowledge base and visitor viewing activity.

The latest update includes functionality for message posting to a school's social networking site of choice, which occurs simultaneously with other publishing activity, and tracking of community interest in the posted content.

Annual subscription pricing is based on student enrollment and level of service support desired. More information can be found here.
