Moodlerooms Teams with Perceptis for 24/7 Moodle Support

Open source service provider Moodlerooms is teaming up with Perceptis to provide 24/7 help desk services for Moodle. The partnership provides site administrators with 24/7 support at no extra cost. Support for others--students, faculty, and staff--will be an extra purchase.

Moodlerooms provides development and support for education clients using the open source learning management system. Perceptis also caters to higher ed, providing help desk services.

Several Moodlerooms clients are already using the expanded support, including Trine University in Angola, IN and Edward Waters College in Jacksonville, FL.
