Insight Education Introduces ADVANCEfeedback Video Observation Platform

Insight Education Group has launched ADVANCEfeedback, a platform designed to help teachers and school leaders manage the observation and feedback process. Through live or video-based observations, school and district observers or Insight’s team of content-area coaches can use the platform to provide feedback, identify and share specific examples of great teaching and organize resources so that educators can access the information they need.

Insight developed ADVANCEfeedback based on 14 years of experience partnering with schools, districts, charters and states across the country on a variety of teacher effectiveness initiatives. The platform allows school leaders to complete all observations in one place and can accommodate any observational criteria, including instructional frameworks or observation rubrics. The company also offers a variety of pre-loaded rubrics.

Insight has formed a team of experienced coaches who can use the platform to provide teachers individual, content-specific support, including expertise in the Common Core and Next Generation Science Standards.

Educators who are interested in ADVANCEfeedback can attend the company’s 45-minute webinar entitled “Using Video for Coaching, Observation and Even Evaluation,” which presents key lessons learned and helpful resources in using video for coaching and observation. Insight is also offering individual, 30-minute product demo tours.
