Interactive Achievement Launches Consolidated Assessment and Data Platform

Interactive Achievement has integrated its onTRAC Assessment Management System (AMS) and TRACBook Longitudinal Data System (LDS) into a consolidated single sign-on assessment and data platform called onTRAC Instructional Improvement System (IIS).

According to the company, onTRAC IIS "provides a single platform for educators to guide the details of classroom instruction decisions for a personalized learning experience as well as understand the holistic view of results across the school and district."

With this integration, TRACBook has been renamed onTRAC LDS and becomes a module within onTRAC IIS. According to the company, onTRAC LDS provides a comprehensive student profile, including state assessment scores, benchmark assessment scores, formative assessment results, attendance, discipline, grades and other longitudinal student data history. Districts will also be able to customize the system to include third-party assessments such as MAP, CogT, WIDA and PALS. The onTRAC LDS module provides teachers and administrators with a dashboard view of student data, as well as aggregated data for state, district and school leadership. Teachers and administrators can click on dashboards to drill down to more detailed information.

The consolidated onTRAC IIS platform includes an enhanced early warning and intervention monitoring system to help identify students who need extra help and track the results of interventions over time. According to the company, "the intervention and progress monitoring features are designed to help administrators measure the impact of program and curriculum investments across their school and district."

Key features of onTRAC IIS include:

  • Online access to Common Core State Standards and other state standards;
  • Formative and interim assessment creation, management and delivery;
  • Student learning objective monitoring;
  • Data analysis and reporting of student performance and progress;
  • Longitudinal trend data;
  • Information about response to intervention; and
  • Integration with district student information systems.

Further information about onTRAC IIS can be found on Interactive Achievement's site.
