Registration Gateway Update Adds Efficiency Improvements

SRC Solutions has unveiled version 3 of its online enrollment tool, Registration Gateway, with features designed to improve security and efficiency.

A new one touch scanning feature provides the ability to scan, annotate and edit documents and can attach documents to all students in an assigned family, eliminating the need to rescan residency documents for multiple children living at the same address. A new parent or guardian upload tool allows guardians to upload documents such as birth certificates, immunization records and more, giving schools and districts the option to skip in-person meetings for new registrations. Parents and guardians can also now digitally sign documents without use of a signature pad.

Other features new to this version of Registration Gateway include:

  • Improved integration with PowerSchool's API, which provides more secure SSO, the ability to look up existing students to eliminate duplications, secure guardian access with the ability to customize dynamics for split families and automatic assignment of students to family ideas;
  • Interactive type-ahead addresses, designed to ensure all addresses are correct without any staff intervention;
  • Improved registrar password management; and
  • Additional real-time date integration with Aspen Follett and Software Answers ProgressBook.

"SRC Solutions, Inc. is excited to announce Version 3.0 of Registration Gateway encompassing an enhanced customer driven feature set," said Patrick Maher, CEO of SRC Solutions, in a prepared statement. "Version 3.0 further simplifies the digital transformation taking place in K-12 education. Online enrollment with Registration Gateway is one significant step in the district digital transformation strategy. When combined with products such as K12 On Demand Gateway, districts can truly begin to experience the benefits of a paperless environment."
