Personalized Learning Platform Adds Android App

IXL Learning is announcing the release of the IXL app for Android phones. The company's personalized learning platform designed for Android is now available with IXL's complete curriculum of more than 8,000 skills across math, English language arts, science, social studies and Spanish.

There is also a version of the IXL app for iPhones that was released last August. The IXL app has been downloaded 15.8 million times to date.

The app provides learners with questions that adapt to their current level of understanding and difficulty level. Detailed explanations are provided through app allow users to grasp new concepts and learn from their mistakes.

The IXL app is free to download and includes 10 practice questions each day for students that are not subscribed to the platform. IXL members can sign in through the app and practice unlimited questions across all grade levels and subjects.

Interested users can download apps for iPhones and iPads, Android phones and tablets and the Kindle tablet here.
