Mindscape Broadens Educational Presence

Mindscape announces new product acquisitions and an Internet extension program designed to bolster its presence in the education market. The firm has added several top-selling products to its Fall 1996 catalog, including mPower, a multimedia authoring tool. Also available are education versions of the Mindscape Student Reference Library, Mavis Beacon Teaches Typing and a lower age level Mavis Beacon Teaches Kids to Type

Finally, the firm is adding an optional Internet component to all new titles. Web sites for each product will contain classroom and home activities, product updates and links to other sites.
