Mid-Volume Copier Automates Functions

Mitaís energy-efficient DC-3060 Copier can be configured with a full range of automatic finishing capabilities to save time and money. It produces 30 copies a minute, with a ìwalk-upî first-copy time of 3.9 seconds. 

The unit includes a 1,150-sheet, three-way, front-loading paper supply. A 50-sheet Intelligent Stack Bypass allows copying onto letterhead or transparencies. Paper capacity can be increased by adding a 550-sheet universal paper drawer, two 550-sheet drawers or a 3,000-sheet paper deck. 

With the Automatic Duplexing option, the DC-3060 will produce two-sided copies of statement- through ledger-sized originals. In addition, the copier can staple at the top or on the side of documents, then punch two or three holes for insertion into file folders or binders. 

An LCD control panel prompts users on how to select functions such as Zoom. One can store and retrieve repetitive copying jobs in memory as well as enter up to 500 department codes to track usage. Mita Copystar America, Fairfield, NJ, (800) ABC-MITA, www.mita.com.
