District Streamlines HR Operations

The Human Resources department at Coatesville Area School District, located in the suburbs of Philadelphia, Pa., has streamlined its operations by installing FLX HR, an award-winning human resources information system.

Three people in the department are responsible for maintaining the records of nearly 1,000 district employees, a task that proved to be overwhelming using paper files and spreadsheets. FLX HRís advanced customization capabilities, coupled with its intuitive interface, allow users to perform all procedures by themselves with minimal training.

The system comes with a Recruiting Manager, which tracks job applicants, and an Activity Manager, which schedules events for completion at a later date. Written in Visual Basic, FLX HR is certified Microsoft Office compatible. A FLX HR SQL Server Edition suits schools running a Windows NT Server database.
